Photobox : the European leader in on-line photo printing

After launching Photobox in TV with a 100% DRTV strategy for almost 2 years to comply with a “business first” strategy, My Media helped Photobox transition to a new strategy including a branding objective. The strategy is still founded on a Direct Response base, mixed with Brand Response acceleration during the brand’s seasonal peaks (inclusion of historic channels, prime-time as well as a TV sponsorship in the lead-up to the brand’s main peak at Christmas), to boost the brand’s visibility, awareness and create brand preference.

The results are visible on the visits (with controlled costs/visit), on the business (double digit growth in turnover, market share leader), and on the brand’s awareness: +6 points in unaided awareness, +13 points in aided awareness (the biggest increases in the very competitive sector).
